Spotless, great value hotel, its location was great and easy and near to the restaurant and the swiftell center and Brookings. The room was fairly quiet and huge and had a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge. We truly enjoyed being in this property.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend vacation in Brookings with good value. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and fresh. Just make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid missing out.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice couch to relax on after checking out nearby restaurants. The pool area was also great for unwinding after a long day exploring Brookings with my two adult kids.

My wife says that the noise from other guests disturbed our sleep. A soundproofing improvement would be great for families with children.

The room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator, and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast included waffles and sausage patties. The pool area was well-maintained and inviting. 24/7 Coffee is available, so that's a great perk!

My past visits to brookings never offered such a spacious and clean room. I appreciated the generous breakfast options and the helpful staff.

We really enjoyed the tall ceiling in our Queen Suite, and the hotel was clean and modern. The pool area was well maintained. Loved that there were nearby restaurants and a Walmart just around the corner. A quiet and comfortable stay.

A family choice that works

The location was terrific, with restaurants nearby, and Walmart just around the corner. Breakfast? It had variety great variety, I mean waffles and eggs like a mini omelette with cheese, my kid loved it and couldn't get enough!

It wasn't exactly a bargain price, but still acceptable for what we got.

I loved being just a brisk 10-minute walk from McCrory Gardens and only about 2 km from the South Dakota State Agricultural Heritage Museum, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful landscapes and local history .
